Administrative Assistant, Client Services

You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and support tasks as a member of the Client Services team, which is the team that oversees the management of the agency’s marketing client accounts.
Skills
- Full command of MS Office suite software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Effective and methodical priority management
- Team player who is attentive to detail
- Ability to organize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Requirements
- DEC, AEC, or DEP in secretarial studies, office technology, administration, or any other related field
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written (level 3/5 in English due to our Anglophone clientele)
- Asset: work experience at an advertising agency or a service-oriented company
Main responsibilities
Support for senior account coordinators
- Send documents on various client platforms;
- Coordinate, submit, and monitor project progress with various regulatory bodies (PAAB and ASC);
- Oversee training sessions with interns on industry regulations;
- Any other related administrative tasks to support the Client Services coordination team, such as sending packages, preparing purchase orders, transcribing and preparing basic quotes for select clients, and assigning tasks using our project management software during peak periods.
