Account Supervisor

The Account Supervisor plays a strategic leadership role on the Client Services team. You will oversee the progress of digital, print, television, and radio advertising projects, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and timelines. In direct contact with clients, you will lead strategic discussions, propose impactful communication strategies, and support the Account Director in key decision-making. You will also guide team members to ensure high-quality execution.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Communications or Marketing
or
Bachelor of Science, with a certificate in Marketing - 6 years’ experience in a health advertising agency
- Experience working on both prescription (HCP) and consumer (DTC) brands, including digital, TV, and radio campaign management
- Interest in science
- Experience managing accounts independently
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with clients and suppliers
- Skilled in developing strategic client presentations
- Intermediate to advanced French: provide written and verbal follow-ups to French-speaking clients and suppliers; hold conversations on a regular basis
- Intermediate to advanced English: provide written and verbal follow-ups to English-speaking clients and suppliers; hold conversations on a regular basis
Main responsibilities
Client management
- Ensure the efficient and personalized follow-up of client projects
- Explain and confirm proposed concept modifications or changes with the client
- Lead client meetings and act as the primary point of contact
- Present strategic recommendations and innovative solutions
- Manage budgets and clearly explain costs to clients
Internal management
- Prepare internal content briefings for the creative team
- Participate in the strategic planning of brands under their responsibility
- Submit projects to regulatory agencies for approval
- Supervise content development and ensure corrections have been applied
- Ensure that deadlines are met throughout the implementation phases of the various projects
- Oversee the full production process from planning to delivery
- Guide account coordinators and account managers in setting priorities and tracking progress
- Provide strategic input during internal meetings
