Reporting to the Vice-President of Client Services, the Account Manager works to ensure the development, management and follow-up of national accounts assigned to him/her. Responsibilities cover most notably the creation of print and Web projects, with the primary goal of ensuring client satisfaction and acting as an external point of contact and as a leader for the internal team.

Skills and training

• BA in communications, marketing, the sciences or a related field.
• At least five years’ experience in an agency as an account director, or equivalent?experience
• Mastery of French and English, both oral and written

Position:

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing or a related field
• Five years of agency experience as an account director or equivalent in the pharmaceutical sector
• Bilingual (French and English)

The Art Director is responsible for the creation and production of print, interactive and live-event projects assigned to him or her. Creative, reflective and efficient, the Art Director pushes the artistic envelope while working well within a team.

Skills and training
• Degree in graphic design or equivalent professional experience
• At least five years of experience, preferably in an agency
• Mastery of Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop, InDesign and the Microsoft Office suite
• Extensive experience working in a Macintosh environment

Capabilities
• Creative judgment and ability to contribute on a strategic level
• Capable of working under pressure and on several fronts at once
• Capable of communicating in English and French

Video and Flash Designer
Full time in our Sherbrooke, Quebec office

Job description
The Video and Flash Designer is responsible for creating Flash animation and videos using Adobe After Effects CS5 and Adobe Flash CS5, for use on the Web, in presentations, and for other applications.

Skills and training
• Relevant degree or equivalent job experience of at least three years
• Mastery of After Effects CS5, Flash CS5, Photoshop CS5 and Illustrator CS5
• Capable of programming ActionScript 3
• Sound editing and production
• Experience in Web site creation and 3D programming an asset

Reporting to the Vice-President of Client Services, this employee works to ensure the internal coordination of print and Web projects as assigned by the account director. The Coordinator ensures that production steps are followed, deadlines and budgets are respected, and is the link between the account services and creative teams.

• BA in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• At least one year’s experience in marketing project coordination
• Mastery of French and English, both oral and written
